Recruitment - Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing diverse talent. Identify staff vacancies and
recruit, interview and select applicants. Track the attrition ratio and develop new strategy for reducing same.

Control the administrative staff and consider cost of service against the service which must be provided.

Timely submission of Admin Reports on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
Handling general administration of the HO/Site office & Guest House which includes maintaining records
and payments of telephones, fax, electricity, courier and other misc. administrative related bills of the
Organization. Vendor development for getting new quotations.
Housekeeping and Maintenance of office premises and equipments.
Liaise with external agency for travel arrangements bus/rail/road for staff in the state.
Administration activities like activities of reception, housekeeping, pantry and security. Record attendance and
checking attendance register
Maintenance of Office Building, Guest House, repairs of furniture
Taking care of AMC’s for office equipments and renewal of service agreements as per budgeted parameters.
Negotiating & finalizing of service agreements such as security services agreement, canteen service agreement, lease
