that focuses on non-discrimination based on gender

 Encourage work-life balance through approaches like providing
tools to enable them to log in at anytime and work-from
home
 Facilities such as daycare for their children
 When people need to move post marriage to join spouses
 Gender equality in organizations leads to greater creativity and
a better understanding of consumers
