Stuart has worked in a wide range of roles in the Not For Profit / NGO sectors since 1993. He has gained much experience of managing people and volunteers since 1993. As well as leading the National Volunteer Development Agency for over two years he also has direct Volunteer Management experience with managing a teams of volunteers from 34 to 940 volunteers.
