Almost everyone has experienced being in that state of flow and ease…where everything just clicks and it all seems
so effortless. We feel overflowing with opportunity and possibility. It’s an amazing experience.
The exercise I’m going to share with you in this report will allow you to access that state anytime you desire.
It will guide you to finding peace in any moment.
To put it bluntly, mastering the art of finding peace at will, will empower you to create the life of your dreams.
If you don't get this art down, you may still somehow hack your way to success, but it probably won't be as enjoyable
as you anticipated.
What's worst, if you do achieve your goal you'll just find yourself wanting something else, never resting to enjoy the
beauty and success that is here and now.
Ask me how I know...I've been there.
The idea behind this process is to let go of all the little mental knots and battles going on in your head. All the
pointless pushing and pulling that’s been going on for as long as you can remember…and you’ll be pleased to learn
it’s actually really…really…easy.
Clearing out all that inner resistance brings an amazing experience of ease and acceptance that's hard to describe in
words.
That leads to feeling freer and more open and empowered. It allows you the space to create and take action without
the handbrakes on.
Ok, let’s get into exactly how to do this process.
Simply follow along as best you can, don't force or push yourself to create any particular result.
Allow what happens to… happen… and what doesn't happen…to not happen.
Let’s begin...
Step 1 – Wanting to figure it out…
Allow yourself to become aware of what you're wanting to figure out in this moment. Just take the first thing that
comes to mind.
Consciously acknowledge that thing or situation that you're wanting to figure out.
Now take a breath in, and as you exhale allow yourself to let go of wanting to figure that out as best you can.
Remember don’t bother with trying to create any particular result, just let what happens to happen.
Step 1 – Wanting to know what to do…
Next, allow yourself to become aware of how you are wanting to know what to do.

It could be wanting to know what to do in the context of this exercise...or simply anything else in your life that you're
wanting to know what to do about or with.
Again, allow yourself to consciously acknowledge how you're wanting to know what to do about whatever it is you
chose.
Then take a breath in, and as you exhale allow yourself to let go of want to know what to do. This doesn't mean you
won't figure out what to do, this just means you're let go of wanting to know what to do.
As you'll soon experience...letting go of that wanting, often frees up the space for the knowing to occur.
Step 3 – Wanting to know the answers…
Next, allow yourself to become aware of how you're wanting to know the answers in this moment.
And again, it could be to do with this exercise or anything else. Pick the first thing that comes to mind.
Consciously acknowledge it...then take a breath in...and as you exhale... allow yourself to let go of want to know the
answers.
Step 4 – Wanting to know anything…
Next...allow yourself to let go of wanting know anything right now. It may sound a bit weird...but trust me for a
minute...and follow along with me.
Step 5 – Wanting to think…
And lastly...allow yourself to let go of wanting to think. Again, this doesn't mean you'll stop thinking...thinking, may or
may not occur. All I'm suggesting is that you let go of the wanting...and allow whatever thinking happens...to happen.
Ok congrats, you're done.
Take a moment to re-evaluate how you feel right now.
How much more at ease and peace do you feel?
How much more unlimited and full of possibility do you feel?
Best wishes,
Rishan
