SFL Initiative focused on ACS in women
Objectives
1. To change the perception of the treatment of women with CVD,
who are too often under diagnosed and undertreated, by educating
the physician community.
2. To develop European position statement for distribution during
relevant international meetings and publication in major journals.
3. To include all interested interventional cardiologists in the
organization (both male and female) to have a broad range of
experts who will focus on various aspects of CVD in women.
4. To increase CVD and ACS awareness amongst the public as it
relates to women.
