Pass Criteria (1st Assessment)

All pass criteria tasks are to be assessed verbally.
To check if the learner has understood the concept:
    • The student should be able to present herself/himself adequately groomed for the initial selection round
which happens in an airlines interview.
    • The student should be able to answer questions on personal attributes, basics of etiquette, impact of diet
        and exercise, on themselves.
    • They should be able to elaborate on the skin and hair care routine which they have adopted for
        themselves with suitable justification.
    • The panel comprising of at least two faculty members (one has to be a grooming faculty) should ask
relevant questions and grade them on the suitability of their responses.
    • Each student has to face the panel and make a presentation with the help of slides/PPTs not exceeding 5
minutes on the grooming and fitness regime they have planned out for themselves.
Merit Criteria & Distinction (2nd Assessment)

All merit criteria must be assessed through observation and by asking questions.

    • The student is expected to face a panel of interviewers made up of faculty members/CH/TE and appear
for a mock interview with a copy of CV and photograph, in correct attire. The faculty should compare the
presentation of the student and feedback given in the first assignment for evidence of application and
        internalisation.
    • Merit is achieved only if the faculty finds diet chart/skin & hair care regime to be effective on the learner.
There will be negative marking where the learner has not shown evidence that he/she has been able to
internalise the planning which was presented in the 1 st assessment. Attitude and communication skills will
        also be tested for improvement.
