14. BIG EVENT - DELEGATION OF
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create Muslim name database so people aren’t doubled up
and we can print envelope/stickers to send out for every
meeting. If people get meeting invite every 2 months then
they know we are a serious organisation. ??? Tear off strip
for online registration?
• Develop flyers and print – anyone know of cheap printers?
• Sending out of flyers and DEAN info for BIG event
• Sponsor of event to pay for flyers/food and extra chair hire
if required
• Register/feedback forms and certificates distribution on the
day
• Who should M.C.?
• Format of event.

• I have been looking on average will cost
everyone £30/head...no point in proceeding
• Skype and slideshare...50% discount to non
profit organisations and only admin has to
pay???
