 Better carrier development opportunities should be given to
the employees for their improvement as promised earlier
 Organization should give importance to communicate
neccesary information to employees so that they feel that
they are the core part of the Organization
 There should not be partiality in performance appraisal
 Everything should be clear while recruiting the employee
