2. Introduction
Man and his work are linked up by job functions, job demands and job
satisfaction. There are number of jobs and occupations. Job is essential as it gives us a
social status it tells us where we lie in this competitive world .And when it rewards us
with handsome perks and promotion we eventually attain confidence. Life without
work is not possible. We spend most of our time at work, our position at work shows
where we are heading and where we are now. It's your identity. For some it's just bear
means of earning, but for some others it is a means to make a difference - for
himself/herself and the organization. It's learning every day. Learning doesn't stop
with college - it continues at work, in life till we all are near to our own graves. Work
is something where we constantly discover yourself, our potential & our limit of
taking up more responsibilities. Job is essential for each and every individual in this
world. It depends on you what type of job you choose. Some people do any kind of
job to survive in this world but some people especially go to a particular field or job
because they are interested in it. They want to utilize their skills to help others. eg.
Doctors, Engineers, software programmers Teachers, Professors etc., We are going to
see Education, higher study and training courses, facilities for abroad studies, physical
and mental qualities, required for Engineering course.
● Field of Bachelor in Electronics (B.E): Various jobs require various various
requirements like if we pursue Airhostess, we requires girl/boy, education,
talent, what courses taken up, Personality of the person are the essential
qualities. For Engineering in Electronics we requires following qualification to
compete.
○ Educational Qualification:
■ Candidates should complete Secondary State Certificate (SSC)
■ Candidates should complete Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
in science with subjects like English, Physics, Chemistry &
mathematics
3. ■ Candidates should secured minimum 50% marks ( 45% for
backward class candidates from Maharashtra state only) in
Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics added together.
■ OMS: Candidates will have tupe candidature as “Outside
maharashtra State” if candidate passes either SSC (Std X) or
HSC(Std XII) or both the examination from a college outside
Maharashtra candidate passing the HSC (Std XII) or its
equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, chemistry
and Mathematics and should have secured minimum 50% marks
in Physics, chemistry & Mathematics added together

■ Bharati VIdyapeeth’s college of Engineering, Lavale, Pune. Total
Fees for one year is 75,000.The course duration is for four years
■ Priyadarshini college of engineering in Nagpur, offers B.E.in
Electronics Engineering and the duration of this programme is 4
Years.
■ Cummins College of Engineering for Women’s in Nagpur, offers
B.E in Electronics Engineering and the duration of this
programme is 4 years. Fees for this course is 288000

○ Physical Qualities
■ Generally colleges ask for Medical certification from RMP
(Registered Medical Practitioner) Doctor stating that health is
good.
○ Mental and social Qualities
■ Generally the entrance exam conducted by engineering colleges
will have questions related Logical reasoning and general
4. aptitude. Some colleges also have Group discussion and Personal
Interview of the candidate
○ Sex Reuirements
■ This depends on if women's reservation bill is implemented or
not in education.
● How to know about vacancies
○ We can know the vacancies by reading newspaper and advertisements.
As we know that Government makes an Employment Opportunities
where people can go and register their name and get job according to it.
As the world is more competitive we can find guidance in school
provided to students of 10th to choose career. Most probably we may get
Guidance bureau in the society. Even though mouth to mouth
information is also spread among the people. Due to new technology
like internet and WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter etc. are used to serve as
advertisements to people about jobs.
● Scope:
○ These people can work in private and government sector. They can be
taken for food Constellation Research Institute, University, Union
Public Service Commission, Indian Army, Pollution control, Research,
Indian Institute of Technology, academy for excellence, Statistical
Institute and many more.
● Nature of job and working conditions
○ Engineers apply theories and principles of science and mathematics to
research and develop economical solutions to technical problems. Their
work is the link between scientific discoveries and commercial
applications. Engineers design products, machinery to build those
products, factories in which those products are made, and the systems
that ensure the quality of the product and efficiency of the workforce
and manufacturing process. Engineers use their knowledge to find
5. suitable solutions to problems. Engineers are responsible professionals
and take great care and patience and to produce instruments and designs
that will not harm the public at large
○ A civil or an architect may have to work on sites, while computer
engineer may have to work from office. As an engineer you can work in
an office, in a laboratory, on the factory floor, on site, outdoors or even
combination of several places. Some are lucky to find a regular fixed
hour job while others might have to work in shifts or extended hours.
● Wages and Other benefits
○ Starting salary for an Electronics Engineer starts with 35,000 and it is
continue to 1 lakh also in Industrial field only
○ They get travelling allowances, medical benefits, insurances according
to the terms and conditions of a particular Industry
○ They are also given chance to work in abroad if the employee is ready to
settle in abroad.
