Business Summary
   My business is an organic restaurant named
GreenSage. GreenSage offers organic food that
will be promoted through bus, billboard, and Web
 ads. It will be managed by a manager and co-
   manager. My employees and managers are
    hard-working and trustworthy. I will fund my
   business by getting a loan from a bank. I will
make money by selling my organic food to hungry
                    customers.
Marketing Plan
I will promote my products/services through bus
         ads, billboard ads, and Web ads.
The cost is an estimated amount of $3,750 for all
of the ads for a month. A Web ad costs $300 per
month, $2,500 per month for a billboard ad, and
           $950 per month for a bus ad.
  My target audience is a bunch of young, large
 families and young couples. It’s okay if I attract
                     the elderly.
Products & Services
GreenSage will offer fresh, delicious organic food.
 My competitors are Blue Hill organic restaurants,
   Blackbird organic restaurant, Chez Panisse
 organic restaurant, Harvest restaurant, Organic
  Restaurant Nora, Manresa Restaurant, Savoy
  Restaurant, and Moosewood Restaurant. My
     products/services are better because my
ingredients will come from a five-star farm and go
    through a thorough cleaning and checking
       process before entering my kitchen.
Management Plan
   I will hire a trust-worthy manager to manage
GreenSage and let them take control of the other
 employees with my permission. I will also hire a
 co-manager that will help the manager and take
 over when the manager is absent. My business
  will be managed by close friends. I will have a
human resource department that will fire and hire
   employees but I must approve the firing and
   hiring. I want trust-worthy and hard-working
              managers and employees.
Financial Plan
 I will fund this business by getting a loan from a
bank and repaying it ASAP. I will make money by
   selling my organic food to hungry customers.
Environmental Plan
I will make my business eco-friendly by getting
organic food from my gardens and farms. I will
   use recyclable packaging and recyclable
  containers. I will power my restaurant with a
              renewable resource.
