2. Kamel Alzarka
Chairman & Founder
Kamel Alzarka founded Falcon in 1994
and is Executive Chairman of the Board.
With over 20 years’ experience in the
Trade Finance industry, Kamel is
responsible for the overall strategic
direction and promotion of the Falcon
Group.

3. Will Nagle
Chief Executive Officer
Will Nagle is chief executive officer (CEO)
of Falcon Group, a position he has filled
since 2007. Previously, he was head of
treasury and banking at Macsteel
International, following 15 years as
director of trade and commodity finance
first at BHF-Bank and, later, with Société
Générale (SocGen). Will is responsible for
the overall management of Falcon Group.

4. Nam Sahasra
UAE Regional Head
Nam Sahasra has been with Falcon for
over 10 years. He has over 30 years’
experience and has spent 11 years with
State Bank of India and 10 years with
Saudi Industrial Export Co. Nam is
responsible for Falcon Group’s operations
in Dubai.

5. Malcolm Wall Morris
Non-Executive Director
Malcolm Wall Morris is a Non-Executive
Director and currently Group CEO of the
Al Dobowi Group. He has over 25 year’s
involvement across a diverse range of
roles that includes positions as CEO of
Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority
(DMCC), CEO of Dubai Gold and
Commodities Exchange and Head of
Business Development, Commodity
Products at Liffe.

6. Dr Nasser Saidi
Dr Nasser Saidi is a Non-Executive
Director and brings over 30 years’
experience to the Falcon Board. He is an
experienced regulator and central
banker, previously serving as the Chief
Economist of DIFC. He is also the founder
of the Hawkamah Institute for Corporate
Governance & Mudara Institute of
Directors and a former Data Protection
Commissioner at DIFC.

7. Iyad Malas
Non-Executive Director
Iyad Malas is a Non-Executive Director
and has over 30 years’ experience with
former positions including CEO of Majid Al
Futtaim Holding and Regional Director
South Asia at International Finance
Corporation/ World Bank where he was
responsible for all of IFC’s operations in
India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri
Lanka and the Maldives. He also held the
role of COO and Head of Asset
Management of EFG-Hermes, the leading
regional investment bank based in Cairo.
