‣Brainstorming on resolving certain conflict using new tools
‣A lot of denial- (I am better than what my 360 says: sometimes tears)
‣Lots of Fun, Interactive exercises not used in Corporate settings
‣Lots of Laughter
‣Commitments Made for real change and coaching
‣Gift from S2LC as a Thank you.

                               NOTE: We find that this usually takes up 8-9 hours and is very intensive
De-stress Time after Day 1

After an intensive Day, Our Leaders get to ride in a Limousine to a local Team

Challenge Activity. This activity is designed for competition and fun to help with

learning. After that, we ride Limousine to Dinner held outside of Seminar location.

Then back to the Hotel by 10:30pm for good night rest for Day 2. Activity varies

based on location and limitations of the group. This activity is meant for

enjoyment and to bring out their competitive spirit.
