Gallows Road and Prosperity Avenue Improvements project was substantially completed on
March 13, 2019. The project extends a 4-foot concrete median along Gallows Road near the
intersection of Prosperity Avenue to prevent illegal left turns. The Improvements include
extending the existing median, resetting existing sign, eradicate existing pavement markings
and placing new pavement marking around the new median.
