• Helping for minimizing human error or error system, with make the
automatic resolution. So it’s not bothering the end user with their daily

feature approaching. Such as, can extract to another file type and can
change from a text to diagram and so on. This reporting make from a
queries. So for the next important level in IT minded, this queries can be
support for making DWH (Data Warehousing/OLTP/OLAP) for the
purpose is making the download data can be more faster rather than with
a queries (read: for big data requirement).
• Helping the Programmer for finishing their problems with giving the
solution for them. The problems such as bugs, enhancing or new project.
And the solution such as pseudocode (code structure, database structure,
validation, iteration and so on) or with UML Diagram for base of
business flow processing.
• Helping for coordinating between IT team and related end user. So with
that approach can maintaining the due date of the request is still stabilize.
In this case usually we use a third party application (read: ITIL
application) for maintain our due date based on their tasks.

• Creator of an application for automatic conversion from list of data client
billing until get some real information about the thickness of the billing.
So, this application very helpful for categorizing the envelope (small,
medium or large envelope based on data billing) for client as generally
and especially for user. So, they no need for manually this process
anymore.
• Creator of an application for calculating the habitual action of all user,
who preferable on their application. The purpose is to take the
information about where the page is not usually used and usually used on
their application. And if had some page is not usually used, that page it
can be as suggestion for removal action. So, this application is very
helpful for IT to know it very well about how effective their application
for end user.
• Creator and as PM (Project Manager) of an application E-Knowledge
Management System. This creation is getting used for saving queries
(read: maintain) that had been create from the Programmers. That queries
can be load for the execution for getting the information. The most
important purpose is this application can make the internal user to see
their interim report from this application before that queries move into
data warehouse mechanism (for big data needed).
• Create a feature (read: function) for mapping a role user accordance with
their displacement position. So, this is very most helping script. This
script can know with very good mapping (read: automatic adjusting)
according from the position and their regulation.
• Presenting of business and flow of the salesforce application to the sales
person with easy perspective and widely discussion (from the beginning
process until how they get their income from maintain their gradually
activity with this application).
• Gradually maintain the data of the income recurring or OTC (One Time
Charge) from the sales person to their client.
