Our Company was established in July 2004 currently operates throughout
Pakistan and the Afghanistan.
OBJECTIVE
The primary role of the company is to operate as a civil engineering and
Supply and building contractor. The company was initially set up to
service the physical infrastructure requirements of the mobile
telecommunications sector, but has developed an excellent reputation as
a general Civil Engineering Contractor with a broad base of clients
specializing in small project works.

2. SERVICES
Our main aim is to offer our clients a professional service, which is
tailored to meet with their needs. We Endeavour to deliver this service
by good communication and team work. Our philosophy is not to tell
clients how good we are, but to deliver a quality product that is value
for money; this allows our clients to make their own mind up about our
service. We also have a policy of obtaining regular feedback from our
clients, which is analyzed, and any suggestions to review or make
changes to our service will be taken on board.
TEAM WORK
We employ a dedicated team of professional and skilled
individuals, who have extensive experience in civil engineering and
building projects. This experience has been utilized with success to
install a logical and common sense approach to the construction and
subsequent rollout of effective telecommunications networks.

us for repeat business. The personnel employed within
the company include a chartered civil engineer and we
have experience in the construction of in excess of 250
cellular mobile phone sites throughout Pakistan and
including the Afghanistan. Our policy is to offer a logical
and common sense approach in everything that we do.
We are well aware that a large percentage of our
client’s revenue is generated from calls through mobile
cellular sites. Therefore efficient construction of these
sites is paramount throughout all stages. We are
currently engaged in contracts with 4 national
telecommunications operators and we are also carrying
out work in the north for remotely based principle
contractors. As our work is carefully planned, managed
and executed, our clients are guaranteed peace of
mind in that they are employing an organization that
has the ability to work with limited supervision at no
expense to health and safety or quality.

4.  We have also being planning and carrying out cabling works
for private power supplies which has offered clients cost and
program savings. We also have been implementing solutions
to long-term maintenance problems, which have resulted in
the restoration of good relationships with site providers. As a
company, we are willing to consider work at any level.
 The site build capacity has been made possible by the
induction of 6 professional expatriates and a competent team
of local engineers, technicians, riggers, Tl
experts, acquisition experts, analysts, etc., backed up by a
sound financial base and over 05 years of experience.

5. SERVICE CAPABILITY
Fabricoz Enterprises is able to offer a wide variety of
services similarly we deal in Telecom infrastructure
construction. Starting from acquiring locations for towers, to
actually doing the work on those sites, we cover all the
aspects of the project. Material such as towers and other
items necessary for job completion are all done in-

8. Telecom Implementation
FAB is very aware that revenue generation for the operator cannot
begin until the site is on air and therefore speed and quality of site
completion, after CME acceptance, is of prime importance.FAB is well
placed to maximize the Telecom Implementation (TI) window and has
invested in all the appropriate tools, test equipment and resource
training, including:

9. CIVIL WORKS
Fabricoz has the relevant experience in managing all aspects of
civil, mechanical and electrical (CME) works relating to base
transmitter Station (BTS) construction activity according to
International construction and quality standards.

10. Acquisition & Planning
We offer advice on effective site selection in order that sites
can practically and economically be built and also have a
higher chance of making it through the planning process at the
first attempt. We would also make an assessment on the
availability of key services and that they can be installed to
meet with the client's rollout program and within budget. We
can carry out feasibility studies in order that prospective sites
can be accurately evaluated prior to acquisition.
 Design
We offer professional advice on the build ability of sites once
they have been nominated. We can attend nomination surveys
with an appointed consultant engineer to offer advice on the
safest, efficient and economic way to construct a proposed
site. At this survey would take in to account the aesthetics of a
proposed design and its likely impact on the surrounding
environment, as it is vital that we increase the chance of the
site being successful in planning approval at the first attempt.

11. Sites Build
Rooftop Sites
This work is higher risk and must be carried out safely. Therefore we ensure that
we carefully plan all aspects of construction of rooftop sites as far in advance as
permitted. We ensure that the site is designed in order that the contract can be
executed safely and to an agreed program of works without any subsequent delay
or disruption. Where possible we are keen to offer advice on safe alternative
methods of construction that can minimize program times and reduce construction
costs. Our personnel are experienced and fully trained in the skills required to
carry out the tasks on a rooftop site as follows:

confidence and respect of numerous site providers on Greenfield sites, this has also greatly enhanced our
client's reputation around the country. We pride ourselves in respecting the surrounding environment of

informed of all elements of our works program contributes to the contract running very efficiently and an

It is our company policy that the health and safety of all personnel, either

commencing including site meetings.

commencing. Clear communication of these to all relevant personnel.
 Use of alternative construction techniques in order to minimize visual impacts.
 Ensure measures are in place to minimize noise.

 Promote recycling of waste where possible, all other waste to be disposed of to licensed tips.
 Ensure physical barriers are put in place to prevent risk to 3rd parties and livestock during our site
operations.
