• ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ ကမ္းလြန္ရွာေဖြေရး၏ ဆိုက္စမစ္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈအေပၚတြင္ လုပ္ငန္းလုပ္ကိုင္ခြင့္ ရရွိသူမ်ားႏွင့္ စည္းမ်ဥ္း၊စည္းကမ္းပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ
ထိန္းညိွထုတ္ျပန္သူမ်ား (Regulator) အၾကား နားလည္မႈမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ လုပ္ငန္းလုပ္ကိုင္ခြင့္ရရွိသူမ်ား အေနျဖင့္
• ေရတို အေနျဖင့္ ကမ္းလြန္ဆိုက္စမစ္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား၏ ယာယီသေဘာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ အကန္႔အသတ္ျဖစ္ေသာ ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ႏွင့္ လူမႈေရးပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ

• ပတ္၀န္းက်င္အေပၚသက္ေရာက္မႈ အကဲျဖတ္ေရး (EIA) လုပ္ငန္းမူေဘာင္ႏွင့္ စပ္လ်ဥ္း၍ ေနာက္တိုးသတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ႏွင့္ EIA လုပ္ထုံးလုပ္နည္းမ်ား မူၾကမ္း
ေရးဆြဲရန္၊ ၎တို႔အား ဆိုက္စမစ္လုပ္ငန္းတြင္ မည္ကဲ့သို႔ အက်ိဳးသက္ေရာက္မႈ ျဖစ္ေစပံုတို႔ကို ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပၾကျပီး လုပ္ငန္းလုပ္ကိုင္ခြင့္ရရွိသူမ်ားဖက္မွ
ေအာက္ပါတိုု႔အား ေတာင္းဆိုခဲ့ၾကသည္။
• EIA လုပ္ထုံးလုပ္နည္းမ်ားသည္ လက္ရွိ ႏိုင္ငံတကာအသိအမွတ္ျပဳ စံႏႈန္းမ်ား၊ အေကာင္းဆုံးလုပ္ငန္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္ တသားတည္း ရွိပါသည္။
• EIA လုပ္ထုံးလုပ္နည္းမ်ားသည္ ကမ္းလြန္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား၏ အေစာပိုင္း ရွာေဖြေရးလုပ္ငန္းမွသည္ စစ္ေဆးေရး၊ လုပ္ငန္းေဖာ္ေဆာင္ျခင္းႏွင့္ ထုတ္လုပ္ျခင္းအထိ
လုပ္ငန္းသဘာ၀ အဆင့္ဆင့္ကို အသိအမွတ္ျပဳပါသည္။
• စည္းကမ္းစည္းမ်ဥ္းမ်ား တိက်ေသခ်ာမႈရွိရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။
၂၀၁၅/၂၀၁၆ အေစာပိုင္း ရွာေဖြေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအေပၚ အၾကံဥာဏ္မ်ားႏွင့္ လမ္းညႊန္ခ်က္မ်ား ျဖစ္ေပၚေစသည့္ အက်ိဳးရွိသည့္ ေဆြးေႏြးမႈမ်ားကိုလည္း ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့သည္။
