 PSYCH-K® is a simple and direct way to change
self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of
the mind, where nearly all human behaviour
originates, both constructive and destructive.

6. GROWTH VS. PROTECTION
- “I can” messages as a child
- “I can” experiences as an adult
e.g. “I am a worthy and valuable person” or “I love
myself and I am loved by other”
- “I can’t” messages as a child
- “I can’t” experiencies as an adult
e.g. “You’re worthless” or “No one will ever love you”
 Childhood programming becomes our habits of
perception and behavior

belief using a PSYCH-K® Balance
