2. Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
 Final inspection of loose laminations, assemblies(stator rotor) & die cast rotors.
 Studying the customer’s drawings,PFD,DIR.FMEA,CCP
 Checking & giving approval for first of sample.
 Training & guiding the sub-ordinates.
 Attending customer complaints.
 PREPARES QUALITY INSPECTION TEMPLATES FOR EASY INSPECTION OF INWARD, IN-PROCESS &
FINAL QUALITY INSPECTION
 Qualification of first of samples in inward and in-process
 Co-coordinating with production dept for controlling rejections & problems
 Familiar in using venire calipers, micrometers(inside outside up to 1500mm),bore gauges,slipgauges,bevel
protractor & height masters.
 Sending inspection final inspection reports to customer
 Checking the calibration schedules of instruments.
 Implementation of new ideas for measurement system, procedures for the value added product and
process for the continual improvements by forming quality Maintaining daily inspection reports.
 Helpful in ISO Documentation..
 Coordinate Quality related training to the team to meet Quality Standards.
 Coordinate & support the company’s quality program, including the implementation of ISO9001
systems and procedures.
 Support in devising procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
