Step 1:
▪ Log in to your store admin panel with your Eshopbox website login id and
password

▪ Click on ‘Create’ tab and select ‘Product feature’

Step 2:
▪ When you click on ‘Product feature’ option, it will direct you to ‘Create a
new feature’ page

▪ Here, you have to fill basic info related to new feature

Step 2.1:
▪ Fill the feature name in the text box which should be specific and relevant
according to your product

▪ It will get visible on your store along with other product details

▪ Select the input type from the drop down to add value to your feature

▪ Available options to select input type are: text area, text field, date, yes,
no
▪ Select ‘Text area’ if the input content is a paragraph

▪ Select ‘Text field’ for one line input

▪ Select ‘Multiple’ to allow you to assign multiple type of values

▪ Select ‘Date’ to enter input type in date format

▪ Select ‘Yes’ to define ‘yes’ as a value for your feature

▪ Select ‘No’ to define ‘no’ as a value for your feature

▪ For example to add ‘4 GB’ to memory, you have to select ‘Multiple’ from
options

Step 2.3:
▪ This field is interrelated with the previous field of ‘input type’

▪ If you want your visitor to know about the feature value entered, select
yes from the radio buttons otherwise no

To make feature value mandatory


Step 3:
▪ Click on ‘Save’ button to save the filled information

▪ Click on ‘Save & Continue’ to save the filled information and move further
to the next section of ‘Add to groups’

▪ Click on ‘ ’ to exist from the process without saving filled information

Step 4:
▪ Next section is about adding a new feature to a group

▪ It enables you to assign multiple features to a product in a single click

▪ You can also add same feature to multiple groups. For example ‘Zoom
image’ feature can be assigned to multiple groups like smart phones,
camera, LCD screens, LED screens

▪ Click on groups to add this feature to them

▪ When you click, the group will get added to the above field

▪ Groups which are already added are displayed with the tick mark instead
of plus sign

▪ You can also add new group to the existing group list

▪ Click on ‘create a new group’ link to follow the group creation process

▪ Click on ‘Save’ button to save the filled information

▪ Click on ‘Save & Exit’ to save the filled information and exit from the
process after completion

▪ Click on ‘ ’ to exist from the process without saving filled information

Good to know

▪ While adding the new feature to multiple group make sure that you will
not add this feature to any irrelevant group

▪ If you add any group by mistake then don’t worry just delete that name
from ‘add to’ textbox

▪ The features whose value must be known to make a buying decision
should be made mandatory
