5. eSheBee Program
Integrated Solutions for Creativity and Child Education (ISCChE), an
idea agency conducted an Action Research in 2014 at Kamalganj,
Moulvibazar.
We Are Friends For Human (WAFFH), a non-profit organization
working in Moulvibazar district partnered in the Action Research.
Based on the Action Research eSheBee model has been developed
and a new program has been designed to replicate this model.
CEO of ISCChE, Women Empowerment activist Mosharrof Hossain
Founded eSheBee Program while WAFFH is playing role of secretarial
organization.
Local and International volunteers contributed to eSheBee program
Center for Integrated Rural Development in Asia Pacific (CIRDAP),
SME division of Bangladesh Bank and SME Network have given their
consent to support this program.
CIRDAP organized a training workshop in RGNIYD, Tamilnadu, India
and invited the founder of eSheBee program as a resource person to
introduce eSheBee model in India. After the workshop India decided
to replicate eSheBee by local name ‘e-Akka’.
