 Designed & implemented an efficient and effective hub & spoke store transfer system dramatically reducing
unnecessary inventory and transfer costs over 20% while improving service levels and predictability to
customers and field sales team.
 Effectively negotiated freight contracts to reduce overall transportation costs by 6% during a period of soaring
fuel costs and developed an effective vendor evaluation process.
