With more than ten years of experience in the
sector Entornos de Formación has energetically
experienced each and every small revolution
that has affected e-learning. With one of our
visions focused on content and another focused
on learning, technology entered into the picture
and we added that to our offerings. Training is
training no matter how you look at it and no
matter how much the medium changes.
Therefore it cannot be transformed or used in a
trivial way. We must continue to underscore
the importance that is has always had, even
more so if it offers versatility and presence in all
organizations thanks to new technologies.
Nowadays we do not even dare to think about
working with a computer and without access to
the Web because information is the best tool
that we have.
It helps avoid confusion, production slowdowns
or lack of knowledge of external and internal
processes.
The business world is interconnected and the
information that flows between different
sectors facilitates the process of achieving one’
s stated goals. We are not just talking about the
personnel of a business, because we hasten to
mention the ever-expanding network of
collaborating businesses and providers that
weave the productive mantle of larger network
that is more focused on branding, managing and
marketing and less on manufacturing.

transformation in many cases. Just to mention a few, I will cite the following:
❏ Training the different players and certifying the processes with those who
collaborate is vital in order to insure the quality of the products or services they
offer us. It is our guarantee of internal quality and a tool for penalizing mistakes.
❏ Informing our collaborators of all advances and changes so they are an integral
part of our movements is key to creating a business culture and integrating third
parties in an orderly and coherent way.
It is clear that this approach integrates a new member who helped along by the networks facilitates,
