DIGITAL FACILITIESMine new & old as-builds to plan and manage your facilities
CURRENT CHALLENGES
• Old building stock record
information is inaccessible and
outdated
• New building as-builds come in
a variety of software and data
standards that require substantial
software training and maintenance,
and tedious data consolidation
efforts
• Finding and identifying accurate
information about building systems
and components is very hard and can
even be impossible
OWNERS CHALLENGE
DIGITAL FACILITIES
Healthcare owners need reliable information to perform
their future projects planning activities, and existing facilities
management tasks. Over the past decade, newly built projects
benefited from data rich BIM as-builds provided by design and
construction stakeholders.
However, this data was presented to owners in a variety of
formats, software, and data standards, making it very hard to
integrate. Most importantly, owners still lack a solution for the
largest portion of their spatial portfolio, which consists of legacy
structures built prior to BIM and CAD.
Digital Facilities provides an integrated solution for old and
new as-builds. The purpose is to enable facilities planning and
management teams to answer practical questions regarding
building components and systems. DIGITAL FACILITIES
• Offers a solution for old building
stock as-builds prior to CAD and BIM
• Minimizes software training and
maintenance as well as data
integration efforts
• Provides answers to practical facilities
planning and management questions

The Capital Assets module provides visibility to number, type,
and location of equipment requiring capital expenditure on your
campus. This informs and provides more certainty to your fiscal
planning years in advance.
The HVAC Distribution module allows you to understand the
HVAC system distribution across your campus, and visualizes
your supply, return, and exhaust zones. You can search by space,
HVAC equipment, and zones.
FEATURES OF DIGITAL FACILITIES
• Transform your facilities capital
planning, spotting financial risks well
ahead of time
• Forecast the future more accurately
with real time reporting on existing
infrastructure needs
• Achieve faster facilities response time
by providing your engineers and
technicians with the answers they
need
ENABLE FACILITIES PLANNING
AND MANAGEMENT TEAMS
“What should we allocate for capital
equipment purchases through 2020?”
Patrick, Director of Finance
“Our Director of Project Finance wants to
know what are the capital assets expiring
in the next five years. Where do I start?”
Alma, Facilities Planner
“Which AHU feeds the Interventional
Radiology rooms on the eighth floor?”
Jovito, HVAC Engineer
“I can’t answer simple questions, what if I
flip this circuit breaker?”
Victor, Facilities Technician

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DISTRIBUTION
Visualize electrical distribution across your buildings, floors
and spaces. Search for and locate panels and power devices.
Understand the relationship between your panels, circuit
breakers, and power devices.
