8. FIRE CONTROL F1
Our Software 3D Fire Control F1, developed by our team of engineers and
programmers is a modern and effective tool for fire protection analysis in
industrial facilities.
The software generates 3D models of vertical and horizontal tanks, spherical
tanks, structures, valves, piping, fire hydrants, monitors, pumps, floating roofs,
roads, buildings, structural beams, chimneys, and any customizable equipment
and structure required by our clients.
After modelling the plant in 3D, our fire engineer prepares a list of fire
scenarios which is loaded into the software database. We include tank fires,
pool fires and jet fires. The system simulates the flame, including its shape, tilt
angle due to wind, height and emmisive power. The software can simulate one
or more fires burning simultaneously. The Fire Spread Analysis tool of the
software estimates the propagation of the fire to other tanks. The software
calculates shadows and thermal radiation affecting different parts of each
equipment, tank, building or structure. It calculates the total heat received by
each equipment (kW) and thermal relief requirements for piping and
emergency vent requirements for tanks.
The 3D drawings show the name, maximum radiant heat and total heat
received by each tank, structure and equipment in the plant. The drawings
include local indications of radiant heat for each part of the equipment,
structure, tank and building. The software is able to predict thermal expansion
of piping exposed to heat and flange failure due to excessive stress and pipe
support collapse. The system includes the analysis of thermal deformation of
structural components such as beams and supports. It generates MS Word
reports including all the relevant data from each fire scenario, for each
equipment, tank, structure, valve and component.
Heat contours drawings are automatically prepared by the software, at ground
level and at any desired level. Individual drawings are prepared for each tank,
equipment or structure with incident radiation heat readings and cooling water
requirements. Surfaces protected by hydrants and monitors are shown in a 3D
CAD drawing, assisting in the location and selection of cooling equipment. And
many more features which make 3D Fire Control F1 the best tool for fire
analysis in the market.
