Kronos DB System and Client’s external System. The data integrations are Background Criminal verification,
WOTC check, Drug test, New Hire outbound and employee and job information inbounds.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of System Specifications, Business Requirements and Formulation of Detailed Test Plan.
• Involved in Effort Estimation for new Change Orders
• Provide status reports to the QA management.
• Performed different phases of testing which includes System, System Integration, Regression Testing,
and Database Testing on the application under test to ensure that application was delivered as per the
requirements.
• Tracked the metrics of the project through quality trials and by using checkpoints & audit procedures.

Management. It is used to feed the data from “Kronos Workforce Acquisition” into client’s HRMS (Human
Resources Management System).
