Shortlisted Candidate as Admin Role:
This screen include all stages of candidate in 4 section
Screening: It will show list of employee who are in screening stage. Admin needs to click on action button if candidate completed the screening stage.
Make salary offer: It will show list of employee who are in salary offer stage. Admin needs to click on fitment button if candidate is agreed to the salary offered.
Update joining Details: Admin will provide the joining date, location, unit and entity name of the candidate.
Add To Employee Master. Candidate is added to the employee master after completing all above stages.
