To access the online certification examination, users first need to go to www.semsphere.com/elearning and login with their provided username and password. They will then be redirected to the semsphere homepage where they click on OTC to access the eLearning platform. From there, users click on "myCourses" and then "Semantic Technology Specialist Certification" to access the certification examination page and click "Semantic Technology Specialist Certification Examination" to start the test.
