Once upon a time there was an Arabian rowing team that agreed to an annual race with a Japanese team. Both teams worked hard to prepare, and the Japanese won the first race by 1 mile. After analyzing the teams, it was found that the Arabian team had too many captains and too few rowers, while the Japanese had the opposite structure. A solution was proposed to restructure the Arabian team with fewer captains and more focus on the rowers' environment and skills. Currently the Arabian team is designing a new boat.
