Managing interfaces and creating synergy between multiple front end
EORC delivery teams, SKO/Petronas-Carigali during the pre-FEED

Head OR&A, FPD, Commissioning and Front end ops Input
Initially set up all OR&A Front end Operations Input and FPD
framework for this project while still in the pre-FID stage.
Drafted all Operation Philosophies for all Brown- and Green field
Project phases specifying facilities, manpower, OPEX requirements.
Recruited and lead a diverse team of 30 highly skilled OR&A
Operations and Commissioning Engineers who provided Operations,
OR&A and Commissioning Services to the Champion Waterflood
project. After the successful start-up of the Brownfield water injection
phase (2013/14) worked on the next Brown- and Greenfield stages of
the Project and on the Operations Excellence implementation of the
first offshore ESP deployments.
Total investment of this top-70 project is 3 Billion BDS.
