Over the past 25 years, Ed has developed and run more than 600 studies in financial services focusing on three key areas: investor behaviour, treasury (cash management & trade), and credentialing. Ed’s clients have included most of the world’s largest banks, as well as a cross-section of other financial institutions and regulators. His domestic clients have included most major financial institutions and industry associations, as well as a cross section of domestic regulators. Ed holds a PhD in Measurement & Evaluation (Applied Statistics) and is also a licensed Industrial Psychologist.
