1. I decided to use one of my original edited sounds again in my final piece. The
sound itself originates from the initial set of recordings and first part of sound
generating I looked into. The process involved applying the Voxengo OldSkoolVerb
VST effect to my toilet flushing sound. Leaving the pre-set as default,I then
Increased the dampness to full, Slightly decreased the dryness to -15.0 Db, and
Increased the length to full. Increasing the length made the sound appear
subtlety echoed. The alterations to the damp and dryness made the sound appear
tinny. The final result sounds as though you are in a sewer, hearing the sounds of
drains water rushing around, echoing around the large space. This is perfect for
my setting of by the canal, under the bridge.
