Aim the project
Aim of the Project “Digital SME“ is to develop 1) an assessment audit to guide
companies through their digital transformation; and 2) a portfolio of executive
education offerings to support companies through their digital transformation.
Project is subdivided into 2 streams:
■ Stream I: I4.0-Audit Journey Development (conducted in Stuttgart): The audit
will consist of an integrated series of audits appropriate for companies at each
level of digital transformation. The audits will become progressively more
sophisticated as a company moves through its transformation journey. The
result: An “Industry 4.0 Readiness Audit System”
■ Stream II: I4.0 System Education Development (conducted in West Lafayette):
Digital transformation involves a cultural transformation, redesigning how the
company delivers value. This transformation will require a portfolio of executive
education programs. The project will providing initial design of these offerings.
The result: An “Industry 4.0 Executive Education Portfolio”.
