Trans national Programmes are a good option if you want to
develop s omething in c ommon with more s tates at a different
s cale

c andidates , neighbors )
Improve c ommunic ation with ins titutions abroad
C reate the premis es for building partners hips whic h you c an
further develop afterwards , outs ide the framework of the
programme
