 It is a mental activity that requires two subject matters to
be compared.
 Deals with the correlation of concepts and finds their
agreement or disagreement.

 The mind must consider and
comprehend the two concepts
about which a judgment has to be
made.
 The mind should proceed to
compare theses two concepts.
 The mind must express mentally
the agreement or disagreement
between the two concepts. This is
the most essential in making a
judgment.
