‫ﺷ ﺄﻧﮭﺎ ﺗﻮﺳ ﯿﻊ ﻗﺎﻋ ﺪة اﻟﺘﺸ ﺎور وﺗﺒ ﺎدل اﻟﺘﺠ ﺎرب ﺑﺑ ﯿﻦ اﻟﻔ ﺎﻋﻠﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﺤﻠﯿ ﯿﻦ و‬
