In 1998 I received my B.Sc. in software engineering from Isfahan University of technology in Iran. From 1998 to 1999 I have been working as software developer for Taban Niroo Company in Isfahan. In 1999 I joined Amarkabir University in Tehran to continue my academic studies where I succeeded to achieve my M.Sc. in software engineering in 2001. My master thesis involved conducting a joint research with the Iran Telecommunication Research Center (ITRC) to develop a software simulator to implement, compare and analyze the effectiveness of different channel assignment algorithms in mobile cellular networks.
