Five Examples of Racism
1. “Gossip Girl”- all of the main characters are white and rich. The one who has color, isn’t
rich or popular.
2. “Modern Family”- Gloria gets made fun of because of her Colombian accent.
3. “Big Bang Theory’s”- Raj is an Indian-American who is intelligent and educated.
4. People are making fun of Taylor Swift by saying since she is white, she cannot dance.
5. People are saying that Macklemore and Ryan Lewis shouldn’t have gotten Grammy’s for
rapping because they are white.
