Please read the following information before completing and submitting your application.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
 The presidential scholarship is available to students who have demonstrated merit. Students should complete
high school in the same academic year in which they apply and must be accepted for enrollment.
 The presidential scholarship is offered in the amounts ranging from $250.00 to $500.00 and the institution is
limited to a maximum of 50 awards per award year per campus.
 Priority for the awards will be based upon the applicant’s cumulative high school grade point average and the
application deadlines set forth below.
 The scholarship applies towards tuition only and will be scheduled in even amounts throughout the first
academic year.
 Recipients must be enrolled in a degree or diploma program prior to January 31 of their senior year to be
eligible for the $500 award.
 Recipients must be enrolled in a degree or diploma program prior between February 1 and April 30 of their
senior year to be eligible for the $250 award.
 Eligible applicants must be current year graduating high school seniors
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Complete the Presidential Scholarship Application prior to the appropriate application deadline.
2. Request a copy of your high school transcripts in order to document your cumulative GPA.
3. Submit your application and high school transcripts to the Financial Services Department.
