Business Growth
Dan Mori is a husband, father, Army Veteran, an accomplished
entrepreneur, business coach and speaker. After returning home from
active duty in 2006, Dan searched for his next big opportunity. After
trying his hand at a couple of jobs, he realized his desire was to become
an entrepreneur and run his own company. In 2007 he, and his two
partners, launched Employment Solutions of New York and got to work
building a recruiting firm. In charge of business development, he was
able to grow from one small office to seven offices throughout the
northeast and doing business in 23 states in just nine years, despite the
tough economy. Dan was able to accomplish this by using the most
effective business development methods, focusing on the five key areas
of business, and developing the best process for recruiting, hiring and
retaining talent.
Dan now presides as President and Chair of Employment Solutions and
focuses his attention to helping other business owners grow their
companies and achieve great success. He does this by offering roll-up-
your-sleeves work-shops, educational seminars, webinars, talks and an
extensive step-by-step business training program. Throughout each he
shares anecdotal stories from his own experience, lessons learned from
real successes and failures, strategies and tactics that are tried and true,
and checklists, action plans, and templates.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys living every day to its fullest and traveling
with his wife and two children (one on the way!). He is an adventurer by
nature and has enjoyed rock climbing, diving (with sharks!), zip-lining,
paint ball, all-terrain vehicles, bungee jumping, jet boating, wind-surfing
to name a few. He is also active in his community and serves on a
number of boards and supports many non-profits.

In this 45 minute session, I will teach the audience
exactly how to best leverage the world’s greatest
professional networking platform. LinkedIn is an
incredible platform for recruiting and business
development, however it has some drawbacks. It is a
very robust site and using all of the features can be
overwhelming. Additionally, regularly using it can be
very time consuming. I will teach the audience the
areas to focus in order to optimize their exposure
and reach. I will also share the tactics I personally
use to automate most of my LinkedIn process, attract
my target audience to request to connect with me,
and to optimize all of my connections. The audience
will be able to navigate LinkedIn easier, optimize their
usage, and get much better results after attending
this talk.
