parents on the fund raising drive for the Lions Club.

6. Dos
• Approach only people you know for donations.
• Your parents can help by looking out for donors too!
• Keep the pledge cards and monies raised properly.

7. Don’ts
• No street collection is allowed.
• No door to door collection is allowed.
• No correction tape/fluid is to be used on the
pledge cards.
Donors making an amendment on a pledge card are to
cross out the wrong box, write the correct amount
beside it and countersign.

As each class receives some cards, only some
students will participate in this fund raising
drive.
Q3: So everyone in my class is involved?

9. Q4: When do I return my pledge card?
• Return your pledge cards and monies raised to
your Form teachers no later than 17 Feb.

10. If you ever lose your pledge card, please inform
your Form teachers immediately.
