Due to the fact that Outlook Office sits within Microsoft
Outlook, users have access to case tasks, file history,
template letters, phone attendance notes, digital
dictation and case workflows straight from their email
platform. After logging in, a variety of dashboards can
be displayed depending on the individual user’s
requirements. The standard dashboard provides a
synopsis of the user’s files and performance and
shows the work that the user needs to action today,
this week, this month, in order to hit targets. It also
shows upcoming appointments and tasks relating to
