3. Abstract
La collaborazione, in ambito informatico, si é sviluppata intorno a due poli principali. Il
primo é quello dei "messaggi", nella forma sincrona ("il chat") o asincrona ("il mail").
Il secondo é quello della "condivisione di informazioni": il "workgroup" e, più recentemente,
"il social".
L'evoluzione recente ha evidenziato la necessità di riconciliare questi due mondi, in modo da
soddisfare i nuovi bisogni di una condivisione più agile ed informale e di una
"messaggistica" più aperta e meno rigida.
In questo scenario, dove la confluenza di mondi diversi rischia di diventare difficilmente
gestibile, il nodo cruciale é quello di sfruttare le capacità cognitive della tecnologia
moderna per permettere a ciascuno di approfittare al meglio delle nuove possibilità.

text is processed using Watson language services to extract identities,
keywords, and more.
• For each message, the entire text gets processed using Alchemy
Language services: entities, keywords, doc-sentiment, relations,
concepts, taxonomy, and dates. Annotations are created if the results
are not empty.

• Each moment represents a summary
of a cluster of messages, which
include key phrases, participants, and
other information extracted from
those messages. Users can catch up

an annotation with "conversation-
moment" type, which is stored in the
first message of this message cluster.
