• Upper GI Endoscopy – LARGE CRICOPHARYNGEAL WIDE MOUTH
DIVERTICULUM with Esophagitis (LA Gr B), UES – Normal, Hiatus Hernia,
Pangastritis and mild Duodenitis
• HRCT Thorax – Calcified enlarged subcarinal and bilateral hilar and right
paratracheal lymphnodes. Findings in favour of sarcoidosis / silicosis / tuberculosis.
Soft tissue attenuating lesion of size 33 x 23 mm seen inside the cavity in posterior
segment of right upper lobe – Findings in favour of aspergilloma
Centriacinar and paraseptal emphysema in bilateral upper lobes. Pulmonary trunk
appears dilated with narrowing of intraparenchymal vasculature – S/O Pulm artery
hypertension
• PFT – Obstruction
