暈眩復健運動
 主要在使因內耳病變而引起的暈眩消失,重新建立新的平衡,正確
有效的復健會刺激正常腦部發展出代價的平衡關係。

 運動時間每 15-30 分鐘,每天 2-3 次,避免暈眩發作跌倒而發生意
外。

  下列運動由慢而快,依序實行:

  一、 眼球運動
    坐著頭部不動,眼睛上下看兩個固定點共 20 次,接著左右看
    兩個定點共 20 次(由慢而快)
                   ,躺著頭部不動,重覆上述運
    動。

  二、 頭頸運動
    睜眼頭部左右轉動 20 次
    睜眼頭部上下轉動 20 次
    閉眼、重複上述運動

  三、 坐著聳肩,左右互換共 20 次
    坐著轉動,雙肩共 20 次
    坐著身體彎向前,由地上撿起東西,來回共 20 次

  四、 走動
    睜眼及閉眼在屋內走動 10 圈
    睜眼及閉眼上下樓梯 10 圈

  運動時若發生暈眩,盡量維持引起頭暈的姿勢不要動,頭暈消
  失了再繼續。

   運動時,請務必注意安全。
