• Most common
• Very lethal
• 50% have RV involvement
• Can also have 1st degree or 2nd degree type I
• Nausea
• Look for RVI with V4R, nitrates with caution..
• Fluids

• Big preload problem
• 50% of Inferior wall MI have RV involvement
