DAY 1 - Arrive Colombo airport – transfer to Negombo
o Our representative will meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you to Negombo.
o On arrival check in at the hotel.
o Rest of the day leisure.
o Overnight stay atyour hotel in Negombo.

DAY 2 - Negombo to Sigiriya
o Breakfast at the hotel.
o After breakfast leave for Sigiriya. En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
o Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage was started in 1975 to house the abandoned and the wounded, the
orphanage has grown into a big family today. It is a unique experience and will be etched in your memory
for a long time.
o Then we continue our drive to Dambulla.
o Dambulla, for 22 centuries The Golden Temple of Danbulla has been a sacred pilgrimage site. This cave
monastery is the largest and best preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The monastery contains
many impostant Buddhist mural paintings and has some 157 statues.
o On your arrival in Sigiriya, check in to hotel.
o Sigiriya is famous for its 5th Century “Fortress in the Sky” built by King Kasyapa.He built a massive
gatehouse in the form of a lion to guard the entrance and hence it is also known as Lion Rock. The King
transformed this sinister-looking black rock and made it appear like a huge dazzling white cloud and
painted the rock with with beautiful frescoes of semi-naked nymphs.
o Overnight stay at your hotel in Sigiriya.
DAY 3 - Sigiriya to Anuradapura
o Breakfast at the hotel.
o After breakfast leave for Anuradapura. Enroute we visit Polonnaruwa.
o Polonnaruwa– is the second most anclient of Srin Lanka’s kingdoms and was declared a UNESCO
World Heritage site in 1982. The important places to visit are Gal Vihara, Lankatelaka Temple, 4 meter
high statues of Buddha and the Archeological Museum.
o After the tour we drive on to Anuradapura.
o On your arrival in Anuradapura, check in to hotel.
o Overnight stay at your hotel in Anuradapura.

DAY 4 - Anuradapura to Kandy
o Breakfast at the hotel.
o After breakfast we take you for sightseeing of Anuradapura.
o Anuradhapura, the ruins here are one of the most evocative sights. The rich collection of archeological
wonders include the enormous dagobas, crumbling temples, high brick towers and ancient pools built
over period of thousands of years. The important places to visit here are Archaeological Museum, Sri
Maha Bodhi, Abhayagiri Dagoba and Ratnaprasada also known as Gen Palace.
o After the sightseeing leave for Kandy. En route visit a spice gardenand batik factory in Matale.
o On your arrival in Kandy, check in to hotel.
o Overnight stay at your hotel in Kandy.
DAY 5 - Kandy to Bentota
o Breakfast at the hotel.
o After breakfast we take you for city tour of Kandy, including Upper Lake Drive, Market Square, Temple of
the Sacred Tooth Relic and the Royal Botanical Gardens.
o Kandy, served as capital of Sinhalese Kings and ceded to the British in 1815. Kandy has a Buddhism’s
influence in with many Buddhist temples and monasteries. It is a world heritage site as declared by
UNESCO. The Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya are spread in 67 hectares, is a botanical treasure
containing more than 4000 species of plants. The Golden roofed Temple of Sacred Tooth houses Sri
Lanks’s most important Buddhist relic – the tooth of Buddha.
o After the tour drive to Bentota.
o On your arrival in Bentota, check in to hotel.
o Overnight stay at your hotel in Bentota.

DAY 6 - Bentota to Colombo
o Breakfast at the hotel.
o After breakfast drive to Galle & commence sightseeing of Galle.
o Galle is Sri Lanka’s most historically interesting town. The historic Fort area is crammed with boutique
shops, cafes and hotels. Ona can also take a stroll around the Light House and harbor.
o After the sightseeing drive to Colombo.
o On your arrival in Colombo, check in to hotel.
o Afternoon sightseeing of Colombo.
o Colombo a drive through the city taking you to the busy commercial areas as well as the tree-lined
residential, Cinnamon Gardens. Visit Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison,
Sea Street - the Goldsmith’s quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area, where is also a Hindu
Temple with elaborate stone carvings and the Dutch Church of Wolfendhal dating back to 1749. The
historic Dawatagaha Mosque and the former Eye Hospital are two buildings in Cinnamon Gardens worth
looking at. Also visit the BMICH, see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square.
o Overnight stay at your hotel in Colombo.
DAY 7 - Leave Colombo
o Breakfast at the hotel.
o After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight to onwards destination.
