1. DC Recruitment Consultancy – A Division of Discovering Careers India Pvt. Ltd.
The recruitment and placement service are provided by Discovering Careers India Pvt.
Ltd. on the following terms and conditions: (on and after 1st
May 2015)
 Discovering Careers India will charge you (company) recruitment fees as below:
- Rs. 15,000 per candidate – Where the Gross Pay-scale for a vacancy is
between Rs. 15,001 - Rs. 25,000 per month
- Rs. 25,000 per candidate – Where the Gross Pay-scale for a vacancy is
between Rs. 25,001 and Rs. 40,000 per month
- Rs. 40,000 per candidate – Where the Gross Pay-scale for a vacancy is
between Rs. 40,001 and Rs. 70,000 per month
- Rs. 70,000 per candidate – Where the Gross Pay-scale for a vacancy is
between Rs. 70,001 and Rs. 90,000 per month
 Discovering Careers India will replace candidates free of cost if he/she leaves the
company within 3 months from the date of joining, provided the employer informs us
immediately about candidate's exit.
 The professional fees are required to be paid within 7 days of candidate joining
 It is understood that the candidate will be selected purely on the selection process of the
organization, and we do not assume any liability whatsoever that may arise at any point
of time on account of the candidate selected by the organization.
 It would be company's (your) responsibility to inform Discovering Careers India Pvt. Ltd.,
if you select any employee/s through us and to check and verify all the information and /
or documents submitted by the applicant. If a candidate rejected by you at an interview
be selected later through a walk-in-interview or a candidate declines to join your
organization at the time of interview but later approaches you directly and joins your
organization will be considered to be a placement done by us and service charges as
above will be borne by your organization.
 A copy of the appointment letter along with a detailed break up of remuneration package
should be made available to us within three days of the candidate joining your
organization.
 In case of any dispute that may arise between Discovering Careers India Pvt. Ltd. and
the company (employer) the same shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
