Some Questions to Get People Thinking: Are you on Facebook or Twitter? Why do you use them? What value do you get out of the experience? Have you seen brands using Social Media? Are you a fan of their fan pages, so you can receive info in your news feed?
Sure, we have main Nerds On Site accounts, but Facebook offers a huge advantage in communicating with our local communities, because content can be posted that only people in the community care about. This is really important for our communities so they can trust us and feel like they know and understand our business.
Having a consistent email signature for all Nerds, to point everyone we communicate with about how to contact us offline and online. Mark did a great job of creating the Social Media links for all invoices. It’s important to note these to clients.

PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE So far, we have absolutely made progress. Several POD fan pages have been created, and Twitter accounts are being posted to frequently. All Nerds deserve praise for these efforts, so thank you, and keep up the great work!
CONSISTENT ACROSS ACCOUNTS It’s important that regardless of the website, Facebook fan page, Twitter account, or blog that people visit that they have a consistent appearance, naming, and clearly point to other Nerds online properties (i.e.: having all Nerds blogs and online accounts link to each other.) INCREASING ENGAGEMENT Nerds are encouraged to regularly post to Facebook fan pages, Twitter accounts, and encourage their clients to as well. EMAIL SIGNATURES All email signatures should be similar, simple, and showcase how to contact us online and offline. PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE We have absolutely made progress, and all Nerds deserve praise for these efforts, so once again, thank you!
