Having defined with the client the business challenge, we observe selected
workdays and business meetings, and debrief our observations according to a
defined, while flexible framework :
•Strategic leadership : what observations say about the understanding of the
strategy, the organizational and process efficiency vs. the key objectives? What do
they say about the commitment, roles, empowerment and accountability of the
stakeholders ?
What gets in the way ?
•Reflective leadership : what observations say about the ability to question implicit
assumptions and beliefs that drive behaviors, and to adapt behaviors and
leadership practices when and where necessary ?
What gets in the way ?
Opserve eventually facilitates one-day seminars to review these findings with the
stakeholders and define appropriate action.
