looking. If you don’t now how to create a header, go to
Fiverr and hire someone to do it for you. It will only cost
you $5 and save you a lot of time.
Create an About page that tells your story. Make it interesting but never lie. Be sure to include
pictures.
On the side bar you need to have your recent posts and maybe testimonial videos or
inspirational/motivational videos. Also include an eye catching lead capture. This is a good way
to get leads directly from your blog. You can also have links and even the videos can take them
to a capture page. Be creative! Now on to content…

Create compelling content: You want to make sure that your blog post will keep the person
reading. You want them to read your entire post. And you want them to stay on your page and
read your other posts. The longer they stay on your blog, the better chance of getting them to
take a look at your business or the product you are selling.
Capture Leads: You must have a “call to action” at the end of each post. This call to action
needs to tell the reader what to do next. It works best if you put it in 3 steps. Something like “what
you need to do next is click here, enter your email address and hit the submit button”. For some
reason giving people 3 steps seems to sink in better. (a little psychology for you!)
Convert to Sales: You can have great content and capture a lot of leads but if you don’t convert
them to sales you really just have a nice blog. It won’t make you any money. You need to keep in
touch with your leads and the best way to do that is with an autoresponder. An autoresponder
can send letters to your leads on a daily basis for as long as they stay on your list. Sometimes it
takes a few letters before someone makes a decision. I also email my leads my daily blog posts
or something I think they may find interesting. I try to give them value and not sell, sell, sell.
